Professional body software
Professional body software for associations, would-be institutes and standards owners: membership management, credentialing, qualifications, competency assessment, CPD and a member-owned record, as infrastructure rather than a build project. You bring the standard and keep it. We run the software underneath it.
The model
Each profession needs its own body, with its own standards, credentials and governance. None of them needs to rebuild the software underneath. Module Six runs the shared rails; each body sits on top with its own framework; the Passport threads the record through all of them. Today that is project professionals; the same rails could carry quantity surveyors, clinical engineers, data professionals, or any field that needs assured competence.
Each governance board owns its framework, designations and decisions. Module Six never sets a profession's standard. That independence is what makes the credential credible.
Every body uses the same five-level scale, the same CPD and evidence model, the same Passport. The areas and elements are each body's own. Real interoperability without faking equivalence.
The products stay body-neutral on purpose. That is why the Passport can hold a person's standing across several professions in parallel, side by side, never averaged into a single false number.
We could white-label and fragment the record back into silos. We don't. One record across everything is the whole point.

Common questions
The systems a membership body needs in order to operate: membership management and renewals, grades and designations, credentialing and qualifications, competency assessment, CPD recording, a public register and certificate verification.
Most bodies assemble these from four or five separate tools that do not share a record. Module Six runs them as one platform on a single member record.
Yes, and that is what it was built for. A new body typically needs eighteen months and a development budget before it can admit a single member. The rails here are already live and proven by a body running on them today, so the work becomes writing your standard and your governance rather than commissioning software.
No. Your governance board owns your framework, your designations, your entry routes and every decision about who qualifies. Module Six never sets a profession's standard, and that independence is what makes your credential credible.
What is shared is the shape: a five-level scale and a common CPD and evidence model, so records stay comparable. The content is entirely yours.
A membership grade and verified post-nominals, a listing in your public register, qualification pathways with an exam engine, CPD recording, and a competency record they own for life and keep if they leave. That last part is the reason they fill it in honestly.
Your body owns its membership and its standard. The individual owns their own competency record. Module Six operates the platform and does not white-label or fragment the record back into silos, which is a deliberate refusal rather than a missing feature.

If you run a profession, an association or a standard, tell us what you are trying to build and we will show you what the platform already does.
