Your confirmed competency levels, membership grade and designation, CPD currency and qualifications. The same record that drives your Passport, not a second version of you.
Delivered to time, to cost, to quality, or recovered a failing programme, each confirmed by the sponsor who was there with you. The one thing a recruiter cannot get anywhere else.
Notice period, day rate, permanent or contract, willingness to travel. The first thing a recruiter looks for, and entirely yours to set and change.
Sectors, methodologies, contract types, regulated environments, complexity and team leadership. The context that makes your record legible, in your own words and labelled as such.
How the endorsement works
You draft the claim: project, organisation, your role, the period, and each outcome as its own confirmable statement. All the effort sits with you, deliberately, because the ask lands on someone doing you a favour. Your sponsor gets one email with a single link, confirms what they remember, and adds a line of their own if they want to. Thirty seconds, straight from the email. What goes on the record is who confirmed it, exactly what they confirmed, and when. Trust is tiered and the badge says which tier it earned: a sponsor confirming from a work email that matches the organisation carries the most weight. Edit an endorsed claim later and it goes back for fresh confirmation, so a badge always reflects something a real person stood behind.
Who is looking
Agencies filter on sector, methodology, contract type, availability, day rate and membership grade, and can narrow to people holding a strong-tier endorsement when a role demands certainty. They see your endorsed record and your stated context, labelled separately, and no contact details until you agree to an introduction.
Nobody browses the window casually. Access is granted per agency, by us, one at a time while we onboard the first cohort, so you always know the kind of organisation that can see a published profile. If you run an agency and want access, talk to us directly.
