Candidate · verified talent

Your track record, confirmed by the people who were there.

Candidate is the recruitment lens on your IPP record. Your competence is assessed by the institute, the outcomes you delivered are confirmed by the sponsors who saw them, and you switch the whole thing on when you want to be found.

How the endorsement works

Your sponsor confirms it in thirty seconds.

You draft the claim: project, organisation, your role, the period, and each outcome as its own confirmable statement. All the effort sits with you, deliberately, because the ask lands on someone doing you a favour. Your sponsor gets one email with a single link, confirms what they remember, and adds a line of their own if they want to. Thirty seconds, straight from the email. What goes on the record is who confirmed it, exactly what they confirmed, and when. Trust is tiered and the badge says which tier it earned: a sponsor confirming from a work email that matches the organisation carries the most weight. Edit an endorsed claim later and it goes back for fresh confirmation, so a badge always reflects something a real person stood behind.

What they seeThe window

Agencies filter on sector, methodology, contract type, availability, day rate and membership grade, and can narrow to people holding a strong-tier endorsement when a role demands certainty. They see your endorsed record and your stated context, labelled separately, and no contact details until you agree to an introduction.

They read the record, not a pitch
Who gets inEarly access

Nobody browses the window casually. Access is granted per agency, by us, one at a time while we onboard the first cohort, so you always know the kind of organisation that can see a published profile. If you run an agency and want access, talk to us directly.

Candidate is free to IPP members. Nothing about you is visible until you switch on open to work and publish, and switching it back off removes you the same day. See the whole thing at candidate.modulesix.io.
