The principle
A professional's competency record, qualifications and CPD history belong to them, not their employer.
Most credentialing tools lock a person's record inside the organisation that paid for it. Change job and you start again from a blank slate.
Module Six is built the other way round. The record sits with the practitioner and travels when they move. Employers get the live view they need while the person holds it, an account on one side and a workforce platform on the other, drawing on the same verified data.
That single design choice is the moat, and everything below is built on it.
The model
Each profession needs its own body: its own standards, its own credentials, its own governance. None of them needs to rebuild the software underneath. Module Six runs the shared product rails. Each body sits on top with its own framework, and the Passport threads the record through all of them.
Each governance board owns its framework, designations and decisions. Module Six never sets a profession's standard. That independence is what makes the credential credible.
